Thank you for getting back with me. There is no refresh, but I did reload 3 time and there is still no talk button. For now, my reliable cell is all I have so I���ll continue to use for calls.

We implemented a fix today at 1:30 pm EDT to resolve this issue.
Please check out if you experience the problem.
If the Talk button does not show on the first refresh, try a second time and it will work.
Let me know if it is working now for you or if you need to refresh it every time you log in.
The issue is related to the Browser Cache.

In order to make that Talk icon to show up, the user needs to have a Teamhub Extension associated. If not, Teamhub does not know which will be the extension to map to that Teamhub Talk phone.
It could be confusing because we use the ���Talk��� name also for mobile. The Talk for Teamhub shares the name but is a different extension type.

I you need assistance configuring the extension or configuration or route calls between two extensions, please get in contact with your Sangoma Partner or Sangoma Support Team.

It seems with every update every new feature installed results end with the talk feature (the important one go missing), or require some extra step; to make a call- with a phone app
Request that the call feature for your phone app remain fixed to that app
