Ability to subscribe a channel to an RSS feed

Slack has a feature that allows you to subscribe to updates for an RSS feed
in a channel via the /feed command. Engineering teams use this feature to
keep up with announcements for new releases of software tools (e.g.,
language runtimes, development frameworks) that support the
applications/services we build for Sangoma.
