With a desk phone, you have the setting to stop the call waiting tone
or any other interruption when a 2nd call comes in. They are asking
to silence/mute any call waiting audio indicator on TeamHub that would
interrupt their conversation with the patient or customer.

Hello:
Have a customer using TeamHub exclusively and they indicated today
that the call waiting beep/ringing was a problem when they are on the line
with a patient. For other phones we have settings to turn off the beep/ring
but they are not available for TeamHub. Please enable these options.
