Ringer and Audio - separate

Hi,

For headset users, it problematic that the phone ringer cannot go to speaker, and the call audio go to headset.
Also, very distracting when phone rings while using headset for other meeting/calls.

Additionally, there should be a hotkey on keyboard to answer the phone, if you miss the notification (bad aim, not quick enough) and then have to navigate across 2-3 monitors to locate a small target, it is troublesome.
