Use Case:
As a user of TeamHub at Sangoma I often don't know who people are as we are a growing global company.
When I receive a call from someone saying "I was speaking with Dan and got disconnected" I can search for Dan and ask "was that Dan in Fulfillment or Accounting.
When someone contributes to a Channel there input is more valuable when you know what role it is they are playing.
Problem:
People don't know that there is a Position field so it doesn't get filled out.
Feature Request:
When first logging into TeamHub pop a Position field to be filled out.
Include examples of what you are looking for, for example what is your role in the company
Show where they can go back and change this at a later date.
Have a system wide setting requiring the Position field is filled out
Set system wide "require profile" Yes/No
If the profile is not filled out, have a red notification bubble bringing the profile requirement to the users attention
If profile is filled out turn off the red bubble
